Step-by-step itinerary
Private yacht cruise around Capri
- Pick up at Capri Harbour
- Guided tour of Capri by sea
- Swim and snorkel at stops
- Visit Blue Grotto and other sights
- Lunch in Nerano or on board
- Return to Capri Harbour
The experience
You board at Capri Harbour and spend the day on a private 40-foot yacht circling the island. The stops are yours to choose: the guide shapes the route around what you want to do. Snorkeling happens at multiple points, and the boat carries all the gear. Swimming breaks are built in whenever you want them. The Blue Grotto, Faraglioni Rocks, Green Grotto, White Grotto, Punta Carena, Marina Piccola and Tiberius Jump are the main landmarks, each one a place to enter the water or simply look from the deck.
The yacht includes a live commentary in English as you move around the island, so you learn what you're seeing without having to ask. Snorkel kits and towels are on board. Coffee, tea, bottled water, snacks and beverages come with the booking. If you want lunch, you can stop at a restaurant along the shore (Nerano, the closest village on the Amalfi Coast, is a built-in option), or eat light snacks on the boat instead. The return to Capri Harbour closes the day.
A maximum of ten people travel on the boat, so the group stays small and the guide can adjust the pace to what your group wants to do. Children and infants can come along. The boat accommodates collapsible wheelchairs if someone in your party can help with boarding and disembarking. Dress is smart casual, and bring your swimming suit.
