The Experience

“You want chai?” our driver asked before we even left Delhi. I nodded, still half-awake, and suddenly we were parked near a tiny stall where two men argued over sugar. The steam from my cup mixed with the morning haze as we set off for the Red Fort. Our guide, Ankit, joked about Delhi traffic (“It’s like a video game — but real!”) while pointing out how the city changes street by street.
