The experience

You're picked up from your hotel or airport and driven through Jaipur to Hawa Mahal, the pink sandstone monument with 953 windows that defines the city's skyline. From there the tour moves to Jantar Mantar, an 18th-century astronomical observatory where giant instruments still give accurate readings and the site holds UNESCO World Heritage status. The route then takes you to City Palace, a working royal residence that blends Mughal and Rajput architecture with courtyards, museums, and ornate halls open to visitors.

After City Palace, you drive toward Amer and pass Jal Mahal, the Water Palace that floats in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. The tour includes a stop in the historic town of Amer itself, known for ancient temples and old stepwells, then ends at Panna Meena Ka Kund, a centuries-old stepwell with symmetrical stairways set back from the main tourist routes. The whole route covers six hours and is designed for all fitness levels.

A professional guide in English is included if you book with one of the guided options (Sedan with Guide or SUV with Guide). If you choose the sedan or guide-only option without a vehicle, you arrange your own transport. Bottled water, fuel, parking, and taxes are included. Entry fees to the monuments themselves are separate, as are any camera fees at individual sites.
