The experience
How do you see 275 waterfalls without spending days in the park? This tour splits the experience into three distinct vantage points, each one revealing something the others don't. After pickup from your hotel, the guide takes you into Iguazu Falls National Park and onto an ecological train that cuts through the rainforest to the Devil's Throat platform: the single most powerful waterfall in the reserve, where millions of liters drop at different heights. The force is visible from the platform. You don't wade into it.
Once you've stood above Devil's Throat, the choice becomes yours: the lower circuit puts you inside the forest itself, where you walk among the trees and feel the humidity and spray up close, or the upper circuit keeps you on elevated walkways with panoramic views and the sound of water in the background. Both are full walking routes through the 210 square mile reserve, and the guide knows which one suits the time of day and your pace. You'll have free time for lunch at the park (not included), then return to your hotel or airport depending on which pickup option you chose.
The private vehicle and guide mean no group schedule. You depart when you're ready and linger where the light is best. The ecological train is shared public transport, but everything else moves at your rhythm. Note that the Devil's Throat walkways were damaged by natural causes and remain under repair. Check with the operator before booking if this section is essential to your visit.
