The experience
The package starts with a shared transfer from Puerto Iguazu Airport to your hotel, then gives you the rest of the day to settle in. The following morning, you spend a full day on the Argentine side of Iguazu National Park, where lower and upper walkways loop through and around the falls. You'll ride an ecological train to reach the Devil's Throat, the largest cascade, then walk the boardwalks at your own pace, stopping to photograph wildlife and plants. Lunch is on your own in the park.
On the third day, a 3–4 hour half-day excursion takes you across the border to the Brazilian side. Although Argentina holds 80% of the falls, Brazil's vantage points offer the panoramic sweep that shows the full scale of the water. You walk the boardwalks here too, including the Salto Santa María crossing, and get a closer angle on the Devil's Throat from the opposite bank. If you've booked the Parque Das Aves option, the bird sanctuary visit slots into this same day. Its entrance fee is separate. A shared transfer then takes you back to the airport for your onward flight.
A bilingual guide accompanies you throughout both falls tours. Bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent and a light rain jacket or towel. The spray reaches the boardwalks. If you're traveling with infants, specialized seats are available on request at booking. Note that your arrival flight must land before noon, or your departure flight must leave at 4:30 p.m. or later, to fit the Brazilian side into the schedule. You'll need a valid passport and must confirm you meet Brazil's visa requirements before booking.
