Hotel pickup in Punta Cana gets you to the 4x4 ATV & UTV Ranch in the morning, at noon, or in the afternoon. You pick the time that fits your day. A guide gives you health and safety instructions, then you start the engine. The buggy is yours to drive: shared models seat two people, solo buggies are single-rider, and larger ones fit three to four. The route runs along roads and off-road tracks through plantations and countryside, stopping at a farm where you taste chocolate and coffee made on-site.

The cenote swim breaks up the drive. A river cave where you can cool off before heading to Macao Beach. The beach sits on the northern edge of Bávaro, white sand with palm trees, popular with locals and surfers. You get time there to walk, swim, or pose for photos before the return to your hotel. The whole outing takes about three hours from start to finish.
