The experience

The day starts with pickup from your Seoul hotel (Hongik University, Myeongdong, or DDP Station, depending on which option you select) and a drive to Nami Island. Once there, you're free to move at your own speed: rent a bike and cycle the tree-lined roads the island is famous for, walk through the lush gardens, or find a quiet corner to sit. The island was a filming location for the Korean drama "Winter Sonata," and the operator's approach is to let you discover the spots that matter to you instead of herding you through a standard route. An English-speaking guide is with you throughout.

If you book the Nami + Railbike option, the day includes a second stop at Gangchon Rail Park, where an old train track has been converted into a bike path through the countryside. You pedal at a pace that lets you take in the landscape: slow enough to breathe, the operator says. From December through March, the itinerary may include a stop at Eobi Ice Valley, a popular photo spot in the area. A private bike at the rail park costs an extra 5,000 KRW per person, paid on site. Standard bikes are included.

The full day runs 10 to 11 hours. Nami Island entry and the air-conditioned vehicle are included in both options. Rail bike tickets are included if you choose that package.
