The experience

The tour starts with pickup from your accommodation, and from there the route is yours to shape. A typical day hits the highlights: the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat on the drive toward Monaco, the medieval village of Eze perched above the coast with views across the Mediterranean, then Monaco itself for the old town, Prince's Palace square and the Formula 1 circuit where the Grand Prix runs each year. The Fragonard perfumery in Eze is optional. Skip it if you'd rather stay longer in the village streets. Your guide handles the driving and knows the timing of each stop, so you're not navigating or hunting for parking.

From Monaco, the day typically moves to Cannes: the red carpet at the Palais des Festivals, Boulevard La Croisette with its luxury boutiques and hotels, and the beaches. Antibes comes next, with its marina (the largest on the Riviera, where yachts over 100 meters dock), the fortified old town ramparts and views toward Cap d'Antibes and the Alps.
