The guide walks you through the Pyramids of Chephren and Menkaure, then takes you to the Valley Temple of Khefren, where the mummification of the pharaohs took place. A close-up view of the Great Sphinx follows. Lunch at a local restaurant is included, giving you a break before the museum.

The Egyptian Museum holds over 250,000 pieces spanning more than 5,000 years of Egyptian art. The Tutankhamun room displays the treasures, jewelry and gold that were sealed in his tomb 3,500 years before excavation in 1920.
