The experience

Your skipper meets you at the Old Town port by Lokanda restaurant and walks through the safety briefing before you board. The boat heads first to Koločep Island, where the Blue and Green caves sit just offshore. You'll put on snorkeling gear and swim into the caves to see the light play across the water and the marine life below. The caves are the draw here, and the snorkeling is direct. There's no long boat ride to reach them.

Lopud Island comes next, anchoring at Šunj Beach, a long sandy stretch where you can stay on the boat or wade ashore. The skipper keeps fresh fruit and local drinks flowing (beer, wine, water, sodas), while you decide whether to sunbathe, snorkel again, or walk into the village. An optional visit to Lopud's small town is yours to take or skip depending on how the afternoon feels.

The final stop is Šipan Island, the largest of the group. You'll land in Suđurađ, a quiet seaside town with two Renaissance palaces, and can arrange a tasting of local wine, olive oil and cheese, or pick up homemade goods from residents. A short detour to the pebble beaches of the islet Sikirica rounds out the day before the return to Dubrovnik. The 4-hour and 8-hour options hit the same stops. The longer tour gives you more time at each one.
