The boat itself is built for a day at sea: sundeck on the bow, comfortable leather seating everywhere, and a cabin below if anyone needs to rest out of the sun. Your captain doubles as your guide, English-speaking and present the whole time, steering toward the best swimming spots, undiscovered beaches and hidden caves the shoreline holds. The route moves through Old Town's walls as seen from the water, past Lokrum island, and out to the Elaphite islands where the Blue Cave waits.
What you actually do is board near your hotel, settle onto the deck, and let the captain take you to places a car cannot reach. You swim in bays that stay quiet because they're only accessible by boat. You snorkel where the water runs clear. You explore caves carved into the rocks. The day is yours to shape. The captain takes suggestions and will change course if the weather shifts or if your group finds a spot worth lingering in.
