The experience

The tour leaves Dubrovnik and cruises past Gruž port, Babin Kuk beaches and Daksa island before reaching the first stop: Blue Cave on Koločep island. From there the boat runs a scenic route along Koločep's coastline, passing small bays, and stops at Three Caves: a system of three connected caverns where you can enter at one bay and exit at another. It's the kind of thing you cannot do on foot. If the caves do not appeal, you stay on deck with a cold drink and watch the water instead. The boat then heads to Šunj beach on Lopud island, one of Croatia's most famous sandy beaches, where the water stays shallow and warm. You can swim, lie on the sand, or walk to the beach bars for food and drinks. The return to Dubrovnik is a relaxed boat ride back.
