The experience
You start with bruschetta: toasted bread topped with grilled vegetables, ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Then you move to the pasta station and roll tagliatelle by hand, cutting the ribbons yourself, before tossing them with seasonal garden vegetables and regional herbs. For dessert you layer tiramisù (espresso-soaked ladyfingers, whipped mascarpone cream, cacao dust) the way it's made in Southern Italy. A local chef guides each step, and the farm's own wine and limoncello flow through the meal.
The three-hour class fits into an afternoon without eating the whole day. You're hands-on the entire time, not watching a demonstration. The farm setting means you're cooking with seasonal produce picked nearby, not ingredients shipped in. Dietary restrictions are accommodated if you mention them when you book, so the menu can shift to suit allergies, preferences or restrictions.
The farm is wheelchair accessible, and all surfaces and areas work for mobility devices. Service animals are welcome. The class is taught in English by a live guide, and the minimum age is 18.
