The experience
Beer Follina sits in the hills of Prosecco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the family behind it has spent over a century perfecting fermentation: first in wine, now in beer. The brewery produces high-fermentation beers that are unfiltered and unpasteurized, fermented in the bottle so they develop a natural sediment. You'll walk through the production area with the reception manager, who explains each stage: the raw materials, the cooking process, bottling, and the storage phase where the refermentation happens. This is not a tasting room visit. You see where the work actually occurs.
After the tour, you taste three of their beers alongside food from the territory: local cheeses and cold cuts, bread, a crisp gardener (a traditional vegetable preserve), and grape mustard. The pairing is built around what grows and is made nearby. At the end you receive a labeled Follina Beer bottle to take with you. The whole experience lasts about 90 minutes and runs in English or Italian.

What does the production area tour actually show me?
The manager walks you through how Beer Follina makes its beers from start to finish: selecting raw materials, cooking, bottling, and the storage where the beers referment in the bottle and develop their natural sediment. You see the working brewery, not a display.
What beers do I taste, and what comes with them?
You taste three of Beer Follina's high-fermentation brews. The tasting includes water, bread, local cheeses and cold cuts, gardener (a traditional vegetable preserve), and grape mustard made from grapes grown in the region.
How long does the whole visit take?
The tour and tasting together run about 90 minutes from start to finish.
What makes this brewery different from larger producers?
Beer Follina is small and independent, run by a family with over a century of fermentation experience. Their beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bottle-fermented: the same method the family used for wine before entering beer production. Each bottle develops naturally and carries sediment from the fermentation process.
