The experience
The tour starts at Tenuta Mani Sagge, a family estate with over 100 years of winemaking history. Your guide walks you through the restored stables, now the Invisible Cellar, and explains how the ancient vineyard plots on the hillside produce the Prosecco Superiore DOCG that made the region famous. You'll climb to the top of the hill where a castle once stood and see the full 360-degree view: the vineyard rows below, Conegliano Castle in the distance, and the churches of Formeniga, San Pietro and Ogliano scattered across the landscape.
The cellar visit shows you each phase of winemaking before you taste. Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Pinot Grigio come paired with a salami and cheese plate, bruschetta, local pizzas and regional cheeses. If you have allergies, intolerances or follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, tell the operator in advance and they'll adapt the menu. Children get organic fruit juices instead.
The walking paths are gentle enough for all fitness levels, though comfortable shoes matter on the slopes. The estate is wheelchair accessible, and infants can sit on an adult's lap or use a specialized seat if needed.
