You operate the quad bike yourself, not a guided tour where you watch from a seat. The 250cc machine handles jungle terrain, river crossings, small waterfalls and tunnel sections that a paved road never touches. A professional guide rides ahead and sets the pace, so you follow a line through the landscape rather than picking your own route. The actual riding stretches about 1.5 hours. The full day from pickup to drop-off runs between 5 and 7 hours depending on which package you book, with time built in for shower facilities, lunch and a breather between the physical work and the ride back.

Two ride options change what you're doing: tandem means two people share one quad bike, with one person operating it and the other riding as a passenger, and solo means you get your own bike and operate it alone. Tandem riders must book in pairs (2, 4, 6 people), and children aged 5 to 11 ride as passengers with an adult on the bike. Solo riders need to be at least 16 years old. Both options include the professional guide, all safety gear (helmet and boots), insurance, lunch and access to the shower and changing facilities afterward. If you add transfers, the driver picks you up at your hotel and drops you back at the same spot. Without transfers, you arrive at the ATV venue on your own.
