The experience

Six hours takes you through Grenada's working landscape and natural wellness traditions. You start with the sulphur mud bath (applying mineral-rich mud to your skin, followed by a gentle scrub, wash-off and oiling treatment) a hands-on experience built around the island's healing properties. The guide moves you through the day at a pace that lets each stop breathe: Lake Antoine sits quiet and volcanic, ringed by tropical growth and local birdlife, a break for photos and air between the active stops.

River Antoine Rum Distillery is the oldest operating water-powered distillery in the Caribbean, making rum the traditional way since the 1700s. A guided tour walks you through the process (how the water wheel powers the machinery, how the cane becomes spirit), and ends with a tasting of Grenada's bold, high-proof rum. The final stop is Belmont Estate, a working cocoa plantation and chocolate factory where you learn how Grenada produces world-class cocoa, sample fresh chocolate, and sit down to a farm-to-table lunch at the on-site restaurant before the drive back to St. George's.
