The chefs are fluent in English and patient about explaining ingredients and swaps you can make at home if something isn't available where you live.

If you book the version with the market tour, a driver picks you up from your hotel in Kata, Karon, Patong or Rawai and takes you to the local market first, where you'll taste exotic fruits and see what goes into the dishes you're about to cook.
