Paragliding in Tenerife: Costa Adeje Standard Flight

Launch from Costa Adeje, glide over the town of Adeje, land on the beach or in town

Paraglide over Costa Adeje and the town of Adeje on Tenerife with a certified guide, starting from your hotel. You'll fly for roughly 15 minutes, descending toward the coast with a 50% chance of landing on Playa La Enramada beach instead of the official landing zone. The full activity takes 2 hours and includes accident insurance and transport.

The experience

The flight launches from Costa Adeje and covers the town of Adeje on descent, giving you views of the coastline and the resort area below. Your guide flies with you and speaks English, Spanish, French or German. The Standard flight is the entry-level option: designed for first-time paragliders or anyone wanting a shorter, more affordable introduction to the sport.

Total time is 2 hours, with the actual flight lasting around 15 minutes. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included from selected accommodations in Costa Adeje, Playa Paraíso and Playa Las Américas, so you don't arrange your own transport. Accident and liability insurance are both covered. Weather and safety conditions determine whether you land on Playa La Enramada beach (roughly 50% of the time) or at one of the official landing zones near Adeje.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

The operator checks weather and safety conditions before every flight. If conditions don't allow it, they'll reschedule you for another day or discuss other options.
