This tour starts in Trastevere, the neighborhood where Romans actually live, and moves you through five stops in 3.5 hours: a wine bar, a supplì counter that's been family-run since 1979, an iconic aperitif bar, a wine enoteca, and a trattoria. Your guide is a local who speaks English and keeps the group under twelve people, so you're not herding a crowd through cobblestone streets.

The evening opens with prosecco and cured meats at a wine bar, then you walk to the supplì spot, a place locals queue for, and grab one of their signature fried rice balls.
