The experience
The day starts with hotel pickup and a transfer to Thung Yee Peng Pier, where you board a boat for a 20-minute cruise through mangrove forest. The route weaves through the ecosystem before reaching Koh Phee, where you'll see dramatic limestone formations and have time for photos. From there, the boat takes you to Talabeng Island, where you get into the kayak and paddle around towering cliffs and explore sea caves. This is the core of the day and where the landscape shifts from watching to paddling.
Lunch happens on Bu Bu Island, a full two-hour stop where you eat Thai food and have free time to swim or rest on the beach. After lunch, the group heads to the Mangrove Forest to spot wild monkeys and mudskipper fish in the shallows before the return boat ride to the pier. The whole day runs from 8am to 4pm, with the guide speaking English and Thai throughout. Life jacket, paddle, seasonal fruit and bottled water are all included. A vegetarian meal option is available if you request it when booking.
