The route moves through three distinct landscapes over seven days. Day one is arrival and rest in Arusha after your transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport. Day two takes you to Tarangire National Park, known for large elephant herds and baobab trees. A full-day game drive with picnic lunch puts you in position to see lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and antelope. Days three and four center on Serengeti National Park, where you spend two nights and two full days on the plains. An optional sunrise balloon safari is available at additional cost on the second day. Day five moves you to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with a morning game drive en route and afternoon views over the crater from the rim. Day six descends into the crater itself for a game drive in one of Africa's most wildlife-dense areas.
