The experience

The tour starts with a flight from Zanzibar Airport to Seronera Airstrip in the heart of the Central Serengeti. After landing, you head straight into a game drive through one of Africa's most active wildlife zones: the plains where lions, elephants, cheetahs and giraffes move across open grassland. You overnight at Serengeti Queens Camp, positioned inside the park itself.

Day two is a full day in Serengeti National Park. Early-morning and afternoon game drives let you move through different sections of the park, following animal movement and seasonal patterns. The Serengeti's scale means herds and predators spread across vast distances, so the two separate drives give you different vantage points and a better chance of encountering the species you came to see. You return to the same camp for a second night.

On day three, you leave the Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world's largest intact calderas. A game drive descends into the crater floor, where the enclosed ecosystem concentrates wildlife, including the rare black rhino, across forests, grasslands and soda lakes. After the crater, you're transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar, arriving the same day.
