The experience

On your last morning in Jeju, a driver picks you up from your accommodation and heads east toward Seongsan Ilchulbong, a UNESCO-designated tuff cone that rose from the ocean floor about 5,000 years ago. You walk to the summit to see the volcanic crater and the blue ocean surrounding it, or follow one of the established trails: the Seongsan-Ojo path crosses the peak between two villages, while the Jijil Trail offers a closer look at the geopark and local culture. From there, you move on to Jeongbang Falls, where water drops 23 meters directly into the sea off black cliffs, one of only three major waterfalls in Korea with that distinction.

The tour includes a stop at Seongeup Folk Village, where residents act as volunteer guides and explain Jeju's traditional culture. You'll taste Omija tea, a local product, while walking past old Zelkova and hackberry trees that stand in the village center. Sangumburi, one of Jeju's craters, comes next. A short walk lets you see the surrounding landscape from inside the volcanic formation. All entry fees are covered, and the driver handles navigation and parking.

When the eight-hour tour ends, the driver takes you directly to Jeju Airport for your departure. You choose the vehicle size at checkout: a regular taxi for up to four passengers, a jumbo taxi or minivan for up to six, or a minibus for larger groups. Fuel, parking and insurance are all included in the price.
