Private cooking class in Milan: Choose your menu
Learn to cook in a real Italian home, not a classroom
A private cooking class in a Milanese home where you choose the menu (pasta, risotto, pizza or dessert), and cook step by step with an Italian chef born and based in Italy. You'll learn real techniques in a relaxed, personal atmosphere, then sit down together to eat everything you've prepared, with wine, water and coffee included. A digital recipe booklet goes home with you.
The experience
You pick the menu before you arrive. The chef works with your tastes and preferences, so you might choose fresh handmade pasta with two sauces, risotto, pizza, traditional Italian specialties, or classic desserts like tiramisù. The menu is customized and agreed in advance. This is not a preset curriculum but a conversation about what you want to cook and eat.
Once you step into the warm Milanese home, you'll start with a small Italian aperitivo, then move straight into the kitchen. The experience is completely hands-on: you cook step by step alongside the chef, learning real Italian techniques, tips and traditions in a relaxed, personal setting. There's no demonstration-and-watch format here. You're doing the work, making the pasta, building the sauces, finishing the dessert. The chef guides you through each stage, correcting technique and sharing the reasoning behind the choices Italian cooks make.
At the end, you sit down at the table together to enjoy everything you've prepared, with wine, water and coffee. The way a meal happens in a real Italian home. You leave with a digital recipe booklet so you can recreate the dishes in your own kitchen later. The experience runs three hours and includes all tools, snacks, the full dinner you've cooked, and beverages. The chef speaks English, Spanish, Italian or French.
