Milan Cooking Class: Pizza & Gelato or Pasta & Tiramisu
You knead the dough, shape the pasta, and taste it warm before you leave.
A hands-on Italian cooking class in central Milan where you choose between making pizza with unlimited gelato or fresh pasta with tiramisu, led by professional local chefs. All options run three hours, include the meal you prepare, wine for adults and soft drinks for children, plus digital recipes and a certificate to take home. Families can book the Pizza option at up to 50% off for kids and teens.
The Experience
You're in Milan for an afternoon or a morning free, and you want to do something more than walk through another museum. This class puts you in a kitchen with a professional pizzaiolo or pasta chef who talks you through every step—kneading dough, shaping ravioli by hand, layering tiramisu—so you're making the thing, not watching someone else make it. The class runs three hours in central Milan, and you pick your focus when you book: Pizza & Gelato, where you build an Italian pizza from scratch and then watch a live gelato demonstration before eating unlimited gelato; or Pasta & Tiramisu, where you make fresh tagliatelle and ravioli, pair them with seasonal sauces, and prepare tiramisu step by step.
After the hands-on work, you sit down to eat what you made—your pizza or your pasta, your tiramisu—with wine for adults or soft drinks for children. The class includes fresh ingredients, an apron, all the utensils you need, and a digital copy of the recipes so you can make it again at home. You also get a Graduation Certificate. Families with kids or teens can choose the Pizza Family Option and save up to 50% on children's tickets; children get soft drinks and adults still get wine. Vegetarian guests are welcome with advance notice, and the kitchen can work around most allergies, though the class is not suitable for anyone with celiac disease.
The class is led by local chefs who speak English, so there's no language barrier between you and the instruction. You bring an appetite and a willingness to get your hands in the dough; everything else—the setup, the ingredients, the guidance—is there. At the end of the afternoon or morning, you leave with the recipes, the certificate, and the muscle memory of how to do this yourself.
