The experience
You arrive at a family home outside Ostuni and work through three dishes: a fried sage starter, fresh orecchiette or another handmade pasta with seasonal sauce, and tiramisu. The guide walks you through the techniques: the hand movements that shape the dough, the timing that keeps vegetables tender, the details that separate a dish made quickly from one made well. You sip wine (or Fanta if you prefer) while you cook, moving at the pace of the work itself rather than racing through steps.
Depending on the season, vegetables and fruits come from the garden outside. Once everything is plated, you sit together and taste what the three of you made. The recipes go home with you on paper, so the meal is repeatable in your own kitchen whenever you want to cook it again.
If you don't have a car, transportation to and from Ostuni can be arranged for an additional fee based on distance. The house accommodates infants in prams and has specialized infant seats. A cat lives there, so let the host know if that matters. When you book, mention any food allergies or intolerances so the guide can adjust the menu.

- Still and sparkling water.
- one bottle of wine (white Fiano or rosé Primitivo, shared between two people) or a non-alcoholic alternative.
