You're driving into the Chianti landscape, past rows of vines that belong to Federico, Raimondo, and Riccardo: three brothers who run their vineyard as an organic operation. The tour starts in the vineyards themselves, where the guide walks you through how the grapes are grown and what happens after harvest. Then you move into the cellar, where the aging happens, where the bottles sit in the dark and the work of caring for wine becomes visible. It's not a polished tasting room.
