The experience

You get a morning that doesn't feel rushed. The winery tour through Chianti's Brunello vineyards is optional (so if you'd rather head straight to the picnic setup, you can), but most people do the walk. Your host explains how the terroir shifts across the property, what the vines need, how long the wines sit in the vaulted cellar aging. After the cellar, you move to a table already set in the vineyard itself.
