The experience

The morning starts with a van pickup to your chosen dive site. Because every location is reached from shore, there's no boat time. You're geared and in the water within minutes of arrival. The Tugboat, a wreck five minutes' drive from the shop, sits in shallow water where coral has colonized the hull. Directors Bay runs deeper with dense coral formations and a steady stream of reef fish, turtles and rays. Carpile offers something different: a steep wall and sand channels that feel more like another planet than a Caribbean reef. The operator knows all three intimately and can read the conditions to pick the best one for your certification level and the day's weather.

You dive with a professional guide who stays with the group throughout both tanks. Small groups mean real attention: the guide watches your air consumption, your buoyancy and your confidence, and adjusts the pace and depth so nobody gets bored and everyone comes out more experienced than they went in. Bottled water is included. The environmental management charge (reef tax) is built into the price. If you need gear, you can rent it at checkout as an add-on option.

The full day option opens up the west side of the island, where fewer divers go and the reefs run longer. You name the site or the depth you want to work on, and the operator takes you there. Transport, guide and both tanks are included. You just need to show your certification card.
