The experience

The day starts with pickup from your Dubai hotel and a drive to Abu Dhabi. Your guide leads you through Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, when the mosque is not crowded, you'll enter with the guide. During busy times, checkpoints inside direct you to all open areas for photos and viewing. From there, you stop at Qasr Al Watan for photos of the palace before heading to the Corniche for a lunch break (you choose whether to add this when you book).

The Heritage Village comes next, where your guide walks you through the traditional structures and shares the history behind them. You'll also drive past Emirates Palace and Etihad Towers on the way, then spend time at Louvre Abu Dhabi exploring its art collection across centuries and cultures. The museum entry is included. After the tour, your driver takes you back to your Dubai hotel: the return journey runs 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic.

Bottled water and air-conditioned transport are included throughout. The tour runs 9 to 10 hours total, so it's a full day but manageable for families with children from age 3 onward and for all fitness levels. You're not navigating between sites or managing your own schedule. The guide and driver handle the logistics so the day stays on track.
