Miraflores is an exclusive residential and commercial district south of downtown Lima, and this tour uses its streets and parks as the spine of the ride. You'll start by pedaling toward Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca pyramid that still stands in the middle of the neighborhood: a rare moment when archaeology sits inside a living city rather than in a museum or a ruin field. After walking the temple grounds, you'll get back on the bike and move through some of Lima's most manicured parks before the route opens onto the Miraflores boardwalk, where the Pacific comes into view and the pace slows.
