You start on an ATV—either solo or sharing one—and ride into the jungle vegetation for the first stretch. The trail moves fast enough to feel the speed but stays within reach of all fitness levels. Then you move to the ziplines. The longest one spans a full kilometer above the canopy, and there are multiple lines to work through before you reach it, so you build into the height and the exposure gradually rather than dropping straight into the biggest one.

After the ziplines comes the rappel: you're harnessed and lowered down a wall, which is a different kind of control than the zipline gives you. Then you swim in a cenote—an underground river with crystal-clear water and stalactites visible above you. The water is fresh and the space is enclosed, so it feels like a pocket of the earth opening up. You finish with a temazcal, a traditional Mayan spa experience, before heading back.
