The Experience

The tour starts with pickup from your hotel or accommodation in an air-conditioned vehicle stocked with water and cold Red Stripe beer. From Blue Hole, you head to Dunn's River Falls, where entry is 25 US dollars per person. At the falls, you'll meet your guide at the bottom and climb the tiered cascades holding hands with other visitors in your group while your guide takes photos and videos. If you want the DVD of your climb, it's available for 40 US dollars. The site also has a water slide and zip-lining available, though costs vary. Vendors at the top will approach you to sell souvenirs; you can decline. Throughout both stops, you move at your own pace and decide when you're ready to return to the vehicle.

The driver remains with the bus at each location, securing your bags and belongings while you explore. Tipping your guide at the end of the day is customary.
