Dunn's River Falls is 180 feet high and 600 feet long, a travertine waterfall that empties directly into the sea at Little Dunn's River Beach: one of only a handful of its kind in the world. The hike to the summit takes about 1.5 hours and winds through lush surroundings dotted with natural swimming pools where you stop to swim as you climb. The pools get deeper as you ascend, so the pace is set by the water and your comfort level rather than a fixed schedule.

After Dunn's River, the tour moves to Blue Hole, where the real adrenaline kicks in. You can rope swing into the river pool, jump off cliffs into deep water, explore small caves, climb behind a waterfall, and hike along the river itself. Trained lifeguards and guides are on-site throughout, so you're not figuring out the boundaries alone.
