The experience

Blue Hole sits in the lush hills southeast of Ocho Rios, a mineral spring-fed pool fed by cascades where you dive, cliff jump, and swing from ropes rigged above the water. Lifeguards stationed at the site keep the adventure safe while you move between pools and test the different heights. The water is cool and clear, fed by the White River system that runs through the area.

After Blue Hole, you move to Dunn's River Falls, the island's most visited waterfall. It drops 180 feet down smooth limestone, but instead of a single plunge, the water cascades in a series of natural terraced steps and pools that you climb. Each level is a different height and temperature. The pools near the top are cooler and smaller, the ones lower down wider and warmer. You can move at your own pace through the steps, resting in any pool or moving straight through.

Private transportation picks you up and brings you back, and your guide stays with you at both sites. Lunch is available at a local restaurant along the route if you want to eat, though it is not included in the booking. Bring or rent watershoes for grip on the wet rocks. Towels are not provided.
