The Experience

"You see that Nandi bull inside the shrine? It's been there since 1537," our guide said, pointing at the darkened granite monolith at Bull Temple. "People have been rubbing it with oil and charcoal for almost five hundred years." The Bull Temple is the first real stop after hotel pickup, and it sets the tone for the day.
