The experience

You start on the water. After a safety briefing, you take control of a jet ski and speed across the Caribbean: no passenger seat, no guide steering. The water is clear enough to see the bottom in the shallows. Once you've had your fill of open water, you switch to an aqua kart, a wider, more stable watercraft that glides over the waves and feels less demanding than the jet ski but still puts you in command. Both machines are yours to operate. The guide stays nearby but does not ride with you.

The second half moves to land. You climb onto an ATV and head into Punta Cana's countryside: muddy trails, tropical paths, and rural terrain that most visitors never see. The guide leads the way and sets the pace. You follow on your own machine. The ride is rough enough to feel like off-roading, smooth enough that moderate fitness is the only real requirement. Bottled water is provided along the way. By the end of five hours, you've crossed both sea and land without sitting in a passenger seat once.

Hotel pickup and drop-off in the Punta Cana area are included, so you don't arrange transport to the launch point. The guide speaks English, Spanish, French or German depending on the group. Children from age five can join, though the activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or anyone with spinal injuries or serious cardiovascular concerns. Helmets and life jackets come with the booking.
