The whole experience runs about 90 minutes from start to finish, which means you're not spending your whole day on this one stop. The timed entry to Cave of the Winds comes after the guided walking tour ends, so there's no waiting around — you move straight from one thing to the next.

The walk itself is less than a mile, and the wooden decks at Cave of the Winds are rebuilt every spring, so they're solid underfoot even when they're slick.
