Paragliding in Tenerife is a tandem flight where you choose how much adrenaline you want, led by a team trained by World Champion Daniel Crespo. The experience runs about two hours from pickup through landing, with a multilingual guide building confidence on the ground before takeoff. All photos, video, equipment and pickup from Adeje or Costa Adeje are included in the final price.

The experience

The day starts with pickup in the Adeje or Costa Adeje area, then a drive to the launch site with an animator guide who uses music and conversation to turn pre-flight nerves into anticipation. Once airborne, you fly tandem with an experienced pilot over landscapes with Teide in the background and the coast below. The serenity of the view combines with whatever intensity you choose: a quiet panoramic drift or, if conditions allow, optional stunts that add controlled excitement to the flight. The pilot handles all the technical work. You experience the moment.

Every flight includes full HD photos and video captured on GoPro, downloaded to your phone immediately after landing so you can share them right away. The package covers all equipment (paraglider, hull and harness) plus bottled water. If you want a professionally edited video (3 to 6 minutes) or an Insta360 capture optimized for social media, those are available as add-ons at checkout.

The team operates under strict safety protocols and has trained extensively. Specialized infant seats are available for families.
