From there the group drives through Cadiz and Malaga provinces to Setenil de las Bodegas, where you'll walk past the town's signature cave and mountain houses built into the rock face, then sit down to lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Ronda.

Ronda fills the afternoon. You'll stand at El Tajo, the gorge that cuts through the town, then visit the oldest bullring in Spain and walk to the Balcony of Ronda for a panoramic view. The tour ends with the bridges (the ancient Roman span and the New Bridge) that connect the town's two sides and anchor its history. Your guide handles the route and the stops. You walk at a steady pace through each village and ride between them.

The group maxes out at eight people, which means no bus-tour crowds and a guide who knows the names and stories of the streets you're walking. Pickup and drop-off happen at Consulado de Portugal in Seville, next to Prado de San Sebastián park.
