You start the day at one of three pickup points across Seville (Calle Trajano, Calle Zaragoza, or Calle Rastro), and travel out to the white villages of Andalusia. The route passes through Zahara de la Sierra and Grazalema, both ancient settlements built into the landscape with the whitewashed uniformity the region is known for. These towns survive on a plateau, their construction methods inherited from Moorish settlers centuries ago, and the guide walks you through their streets and explains what you're standing in.

Ronda is the centerpiece. The village sits on a high plateau that opens to expansive views of the valleys below, and what makes it famous is the geography itself: a 120-meter chasm splits the town in two, crossed by an 18th-century stone bridge.
