Six dives in three days—reefs, wrecks, and the kind of small group that actually gets to the best sites.

You spend three mornings diving twice daily around Gran Canaria's reefs and wrecks, with all equipment provided and sites chosen to match your certification and the day's conditions. Departures are at 8:30am, you're back by 2pm, and the small group size means the boat goes where the bigger operators don't bother. Book this if you want to log dives without the logistics—transport, gear, site selection, all handled.

Step-by-step itinerary

  • Meet at diving centre 8:30am
  • Organise paperwork and prepare equipment
  • Travel to dive sites by minibus or boat
  • Dive twice on reefs or wrecks
  • Return to base around 2pm

The Experience

There's something about knowing you'll be underwater twice before lunch that shifts how you approach a diving trip. Gran Canaria has that pull—not because it's famous, but because the dive sites around the island stay uncrowded if you know where to go, and this centre does. You meet at 8:30am, sort the paperwork and gear, then head out by minibus or boat depending on the day. Some dives are shore entries, some launch from the water. The reefs and wrecks change based on what your certification allows and what the conditions favour that morning.

Two dives happen each day, back-to-back, and you're back by around 2pm—which sounds tight until you realise it's exactly the pace that lets you see different marine life on each descent instead of rushing through a single site. The wreck dives are the ones people remember. Reefs have their own rhythm, though: the smaller fish, the colour, the way light moves through the water when you're not fighting current or time. A small diving centre means the boat doesn't wait for stragglers, and the guide isn't splitting attention across twenty people. It's just the divers who showed up that morning and the sites that make sense for them.

All equipment is included—tanks, weights, regulators, the lot—so you're not renting piecemeal or worrying about whether your own gear will fit the boat. The three-day structure lets you build rhythm. First day you're finding your buoyancy and remembering the hand signals. By day three, you're noticing details: the way a moray eel moves, which rocks hold the best lobsters, how the wreck's corridors funnel the light. That's when diving stops feeling like a checklist and starts feeling like something you actually want to come back for.

What’s included

All SCUBA equipment (tanks, regulators, weights, BCD), two dives per day for three days, minibus or boat transport to dive sites, site selection based on conditions and your certification level, and return to the diving centre by approximately 2pm each day.

Are there both shore and boat dives?
Yes. Some sites are shore entries, others launch from the boat. The centre chooses based on conditions and your group's certification level.
