Each shared capsule holds up to 28 people, but it never feels crowded because everyone's facing outward. If you want something quieter, private capsules and in-flight meals are add-ons, but the standard rotation works fine for most travelers. The FLYER360 app downloads when you arrive and lets you use augmented reality to identify landmarks from inside the capsule — it's the kind of thing that sounds gimmicky until you're actually using it and suddenly you know what you're looking at.

One thing worth knowing: the booking confirmation you get isn't your actual ticket. Check your email and WhatsApp after you book for the real PDF — the Flyer won't accept the confirmation voucher at the gate. The ticket itself is flexible, so you can use it any day within 7 days of your chosen date, which takes some pressure off if your schedule shifts. Public transport gets you there easily, and the whole experience is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Kids under 3 get in free; ages 3 to 12 are on a child ticket. The Time Capsule (the pre-boarding gallery) is being upgraded and reopens in August 2025 with new interactive exhibits, so if you're going before that, the entrance shifts temporarily to Level 2.
