You'll arrive at Bayfront MRT and follow the hotel exterior from Tower 1 through to Tower 3: the route changed recently, so the management sends it in your confirmation email. Bring a valid passport or photo ID. You'll show it at the entrance along with your phone-based e-ticket, which arrives by email the day before. The deck is subject to time slots, and you need to arrive 30 minutes early, so plan for that window.
