Sixty minutes behind the wheel of a go-kart dressed as a character of your choice, driving past the world's busiest pedestrian crossing. The Shibuya Scramble Crossing is where the route starts: thousands of people cross here daily, and many will wave and photograph you as you pass through in costume. From there, you'll head along Dogenzaka and past SHIBUYA109, the fashion landmark that's stood in the district since 1979. The automatic transmission means no gear shifting. Adjustable seats fit different heights. Speeds reach up to 60 km/h.

The shop sits 15 minutes from Ebisu Station by public transport. Costumes are provided at no extra charge. The facility has a selection on-site, though you can also buy inexpensive ones nearby at Don Quixote if you prefer to bring your own. An English-speaking guide leads the group, which stays under seven people per booking. All go-karts are single-person only. Insurance and fuel are included in the price.
