The tour leaves Montego Bay and heads south through Jamaica's back country toward YS Falls, stopping along the way if you want to buy local food. The waterfall itself drops across seven tiers into natural pools carved by the water over time. Guides and lifeguards are on hand while you swim or photograph the cascade. The pools sit at different levels, so you can move between them as the water feeds down from one to the next.

After YS Falls, the route continues to the Appleton Estate in Nassau Valley, St. Elizabeth parish. The estate tour walks you through how rum has been made there for generations. You'll see the old methods used to extract juice from sugar cane, and you can try those methods yourself if you want, working the cane the way it was done in earlier times. Throughout the tour you taste molasses and fresh cane juice. Then comes the tasting room, where thirteen different types of rum are available to sample.
