Roll pasta by hand, taste it with wine made in the same room

A hands-on cooking class in a historic Puglia winery where you prepare traditional Apulian recipes from scratch, then sit down to eat what you made alongside three wines, local cheeses and focaccia. The class takes place inside a 1795 wine cellar where the same family has been making wine in large oak barrels for generations.

The experience

The experience starts in the wine cellar itself: a stone room lined with oak barrels where generations of the same family have been producing wine. You walk among them and hear the story of the land and the craft before moving into the cooking space. Then you work through traditional Apulian recipes using fresh local ingredients, guided step by step through each dish. The whole class runs about two hours.

Once you finish cooking, you sit down to a shared tasting of what you made, paired with three selected wines from the cellar. The meal includes local cheeses, freshly baked focaccia, and traditional Apulian sweets. The stone walls, soft light, and the scent of wood and homemade food create an intimate setting where you can linger over the food and wine.

Before you leave, there's a small on-site shop stocked with artisanal products (handmade pasta, olive oil, and other local specialties), if you want to take something home.
