The experience

After landing, a driver meets you at the exit gate and drives you to Agra via the express highway, with a stop at a highway motel for breakfast and rest. Once in Agra, your private guide meets you and walks you through the Taj Mahal: explaining its history and architecture while helping you frame photographs. From the Taj Mahal, you drive to Agra Fort, the 16th-century red sandstone palace where the royal family lived. The fort is itself a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with courtyards and audience halls.
