The experience

You start suited up in a full-body harness and launch into the air above Roatan's jungle. The zipline runs high enough to take in both the canopy below and the ocean beyond it: the perspective shifts what you notice about the island. After you've worked through the course, the minivan collects you and heads to West Bay Beach, where the real cooling off begins.

West Bay Beach is where the afternoon settles. You get a couple hours there with access to shower and restroom facilities, lounge chairs, and the water itself. The Beach Club setup means you're not hunting for shade or a place to rinse off. It's all there. Some people skip the beach portion and head straight back to their cruise port or hotel after ziplining, so the day can flex to what you want.

The whole outing runs about 4.5 hours from pickup to drop-off. Transport is by air-conditioned minivan, which matters in Roatan's heat. The activity runs in all weather, so bring clothes that can get wet and dry fast. A live guide in English or Spanish is with you the whole time.
